My philosophy is simple: design doesn’t have to be rocket science. The aim is to take the mystery out of the whole design process, in an efficient, practical and creative approach.
Design can be done anywhere, on a train, on a plane or on a beach (wishful thinking). The majority of the work is done off-site with continuous contact with clients via email and telephone. Obviously I also like to meet with clients face to face, especially important when trying to explain why one shade of red is different to another.
There are no call centres, sales people or smoke and mirrors here, what you see is what you get. I have been fortunate enough to work with clients who continue to use my services and are kind enough to recommend my services to others. The ultimate compliment. I take great pride in ensuring that the work meets with the high standards my clients now come to expect.
I am a graphic and web designer with over 10+ years in the media and advertising industry. I have worked as a freelance designer for over 6 years, having previously worked for a media agency in London. I come from a fine art background, so have always been drawn towards the creative side of business. My clients range from large corporates to individuals starting their own business and enjoy the variety this offers me.
How do you get in touch? If you want to discuss your ideas, have a question or just want to say hello, send me an email, I would be delighted to hear from you. I can also be found on twitter @whoatemycrayons.
